For sale here is a hollow-built bamboo rod handcrafted in Japan by Katsumi Harada - 7 1/2 feet, 2/1 for a 3 weight line. This rod features a graphite spigot ferrule system which allows the rod taper to flex consistently through the ferrule section. Beautiful bird's eye maple spacer. Translucent silk wraps are tipped gold. 3 1/4 oz. Full-flexing, medium fast progressive action. 3x3 side node pattern. Urethane varnish is very nicely done. The cigar grip is 4.4" long. At the Henry's Fork event in June 2013, it was very sought after on the casting lawn. Can't beat the price either! Comes with custom rod bag but no tube.
