The tooth edges are beveled, increasing belt life, and hard anodized, enhancing the gear’s strength and longevity. Laser-etched precise degree markings are added to the cam gear to aid in engine tuning, and high-quality fasteners and a heli-coil thread insert in the ring gear support the torque application.  KCG25 Exhaust Cam Gear can be adjusted many times with confidence as the threads will not stretch or fatigue.
