A Hardy St. Aidan fly reel. 3 3/4" diameter, 7/8" spool width, for #7-9 lines and backing. Two screw latch. Reversible nickel silver line guard. The reel can be set up for RHW or LHW with the flip of a pawl. Smooth alloy foot. This reel is in fair condition having seen plenty of use with significant wear on the rims and what appears to be some surface corrosion. Fine mechanical condition. The spools are all in used but good shape. Together this package is a good "fisher" with plenty of life left in it and versatility thanks to all of the surplus spools. Spools come in a cloth bag and the reel comes in the original Hardy vinyl case.
