Carol's Candy is a rhododendron hybrid from Jim Barlup with brilliant red buds that open up to hues of orange and white. Red color is retained on the outside of the flowers along with a red blotch on the upper dorsal for extra character. This is a rare Barlup hybrid that is hard to find, but we are proud to have it in cultivation at Rocky Knoll Farm. 

This great cultivar has a rounded growth habit that reaches around 5' tall x 5' wide at maturity. Place in full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. This plant is thought to be hardy to 5°F when protected from windchill.
