From the Slaytanic Verses Archive

This 10" × 24" triptych reproduces early concept drawings created during the development of Seasons in the Abyss, preserved as correspondence between artist Larry Carroll’s team and Slayer.

These working sketches were sent to the band during the album’s design process and retained by Tom Araya, offering a rare look at the creative exchange behind one of Slayer’s most enduring visual statements. This rare iteration of the Seasons in the Abyss art design remains secured in the archive.
