Aged in 100% French oak, roughly a third new oak for 10 months. Unfined and unfiltered. Perfumed with cherry, raspberry, spice, hints of pot pourri. Similar on the palate with a touch of orange zest too, its full flavoured and complex, very impressive in a fairly opulent yet balanced and varietal style of Pinot Noir.
