"The 2023 G110 Riesling is water-white in the glass, and aromatically, the wine is super subtle, with wisps of saffron and turmeric alongside crushed chalk and green apple skins, white peppercorns, orange blossom and brine. In the mouth, this wine does what it always does; it seems to delicately flare into chiaroscuro. It purposefully swirls and stutters across the palate, writhes across day and night and lingers through the long, quiet finish, where you'll find cracked oyster shell, shaved fennel, beach sand and whiffs of coriander, perhaps. There's a rocky/mineral aspect that sits so nicely within the frame of the wine. It's great again this vintage. 12.9% alcohol, sealed under screw cap." 97pts Erin Larkin The Wine Advocate
