4. Starting from the roots, apply the relaxer cream evenly throughout each section, working quickly but carefully.

 5. Leave the product on for the recommended time (typically 15-20 minutes) — do not exceed the maximum processing time.

 6. Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all product is removed.

7. Apply the included neutralizing shampoo to stop the relaxing process.

 8. Condition deeply and rinse again.
