Paya Recipe with Spicishop Paya Masala
Ingredients:
• 1 kg paya (goat/cow)
• 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 onions (sliced)
• 12 glasses water
• 4 tbsp Spicishop Paya Masala
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup oil/ghee
• Salt to taste
Steps:
1. Clean: Boil paya in 15 glasses water with garlic paste and salt for 10
mins. Drain.
2. Cook: In 12 glasses water, add paya, 1 onion, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
• Goat: 3-4 hrs | Cow: 6-8 hrs.
3. Masala: Heat oil, fry remaining onion until golden. Add Spicishop Paya
Masala and yogurt, cook for 2 mins.
4. Simmer: Add masala to paya curry, simmer for 30-45 mins.
