Tanner Prairie is a local Costa Mesa based board builder who knows how to shape incredibly fun boards for Orange County surf. Tanner is a well respected craftsman and extremely talented surfer.

The Nova is a modern noserider that features a classic, ever so slightly wide-point aft outline with a barely pulled in nose and tail. The rails are fairly pinched, but not so much as to be unforgiving. On the bottom, the Nova features a generous helping of nose concave, which blends into a very subtle roll all the way through the exit. Rocker is moderate, with a bit of curve throughout the board that aids in performance from nose to tail.
