... Is a small-batch bitter liqueur made in Ballandean and built on a bespoke citrus–botanical distillate crafted specifically for the aperitivo style. The colour is a deep, classic aperitivo red, designed to hold its own when mixed, whether in a Negroni, a spritz, or a long drink.
The aroma leads with sweet orange peel and bright citrus zest, lifted by floral notes from rose petals and lavender. Beneath that sits a subtle herbal depth that brings balance and complexity. The palate is refreshing and classically bittersweet, with citrus zest up front, soft floral tones through the middle, and a clean, structured bitterness from gentian, quassia, wormwood, and rhubarb root. Balanced cane sugar sweetness keeps the flavours bright, energetic, and easy to mix.
The finish is long, clean, and pleasantly bitter, leaving lingering impressions of orange peel and a light spice–floral lift.
