Changes to sizing or cancellations cannot be accommodated more than 24 hours after your order is placed.


• Oura Ring Requirement:
Your Oura Ring is not included.

This currently fits Oura Ring Gen 4 or the latest model. Please note: Our latest model does not work on Gen 3, or Collab Oura ring styles.


• Upgrade Credit:
As part of our upgrade program, you may apply 30% of your original Aura Case purchase value toward a new Oura Ring model in the future. To participate, customers are responsible for shipping their Aura Case back to us for return and verification.


• Sizing:
Please confirm your Aura Ring and choose the exact size of your Oura Ring. This bespoke piece cannot be resized.
