Examples of George Whitefield's hymnal are quite scarce on the market these days. Quite a nice little example, inscribed as a gift by Rev. John Hill of Ravenstonedale. The hymnal provides a unique insight into Whitefield's view of hymnody, worship, and the experienced theology of the Great Awakening, subjects Whitefield said little on directly.
