Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults: Take 1 scoop (6.9 g), once daily with water or the beverage of your choice. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For workout supplementation, mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
