We are so excited to be offering these wonderful pans. Paella has been one of our go-to company dishes for at least 17 years. It's not difficult but delicious and makes for a fabulous presentation. We sourced heavy gauge stainless steel for ease of care. These particular pans are unusual because they have a flat bottom,  allowing for cooking on induction and other glass-top stoves. A 16" pan will make enough for at least eight servings.

By the way, this pan is splendid to use anytime you need a very large frying pan. It's not just for rice.
