Maturation took place in bourbon casks with a fino sherry finish , resulting in a fresh and dry style. The nose reveals green apple, citrus, malt, and light floral notes , followed by a subtle nutty touch. On the palate, this whisky is dry and taut , with lemon peel, white grapes, a hint of almond, and a delicate spiciness . The 46% alcohol content provides ample structure without disrupting the fresh character. The finish is dry, medium-length, and elegant , with a mineral note typical of the fino influence.
