Alright, so this is the third in our "Huh?" rarities! Addington basically argues that just as the Jews misinterpreted the Old Testament, Christians, specifically American Christians, have misinterpreted both the Old and the New Testaments. Okay. Where are we headed? 

Well, I appreciate that my man is an innovative thinker, not bound by tradition. That said, he was in dire need of a hermeneutics course. So he stumbles onto some interesting ideas, like, well, the inherent challenges of capitalism as it relates to Christian ethics, etc., but then he gets onto "Pneuma" as a physical phenomena that can be measured, the Civil War in Scripture, etc., etc. etc., some fascinating stuff on eschatology. Anyway, quite rare. Here it is.
