Probably French or Austrian. Hundreds, maybe thousands of tiny glass micro beads in a incredible complex rose pattern completely cover this little bag and dangle in looped fringe on the bottom. Inside there is the large compartment and another smaller one. There is an ornate silver tone metal frame and a chain wrist strap. There is no label.

Excellent condition. There is some missing fringe and a few missing beads, some foxing and age spots, and thats really about it. Interior is sound remarkable good condition for its age and just the most gorgeous thing.
