This super fun tutu skirt with royal blue satin circle skirt topped with a fun cow print top layer. The finishing touches come from our non-roll elasticated stretch waistband and signature oversized Butt Bow (TM), both in a sunny yellow satin. 

This item is pre made so please no size substitution requests or customizations. Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort! If in doubt, we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size. 

To care for your skirt, we recommend hand washing in cold water then laying flat to dry. Remember to shape your bow for the drying process!
