How It Works

Unlike refrigerant dehumidifiers, the DD900 uses adsorption to remove moisture. Air passes over a silica gel wheel, which absorbs moisture, leaving the air warm and dry. Heated "regeneration" air dries the silica gel, and the moist air is exhausted outside. This continuous process effectively reduces relative humidity.
