We took historical inspiration and used pleated gathers to give a gorgeous draped effect to the Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt.

Measurements: Our versatile drawstring elasticated waist allows for the Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt to be adjusted from a 20 inch waist to a 52 waist measurement.
Length: Varies slightly around 44 inches. Our Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt is designed to be easily "pinned up" at the gathers if desired allowing for the skirt to fit over most underpinnings such as our Panniers, Crinolines or Full Hoops.
Underpinnings: Styled over a full court hoop and the forthcoming Immortelle crinoline; these foundational underpinnings are not included with this piece.
