Dress zips up the back, has band on the waist, has pleat skirt, matching vest. Dress has one hole on ruffle and one small spot on vest not noticable see last pic. Measurements are shoulder to shoulder 16" bust 32" waist 26" hips up to 36" length 40" sleeve length 25"
