• This dress is from the Spring 2005 collection.
• It was made under the creative direction of John Galliano.
• Socialite Olivia Chantecaille wore its twin in red and we have included that photo here so you get an idea of how it is on the body. It is just phenomenal.
• The dress is made out of a pastel turquoise silk chiffon that is feather light and feels like next to nothing once on. 
  
• Straps curve up and around the neck and are gathered together at the front. They split to run down either side of the back and then attach back in at the dress. This leaves your entire back open and exposed.
• There is a little keyhole under the gathering at the front and then the side angle down to meet the back. From there it skims over the bust, waist and hips. 
• The body of the dress is made out of the prettiest pastel turquoise silk chiffon and then it has a layer of silk under that over that so that it is opaque enough to wear. The colour is even better in person.
• The seaming on the dress is intricate and reminiscent of 1920s couture. It is all made from bias cut panels that have been pieced together so that it falls perfectly over you.
• I love how the skirt is made from different panels that are left separately to create the very pretty and swinging skirt. The silk is all cut on the bias so you get a ton of movement once this is on and you move. Parts of the skirt are longer than the other, and this adds to the movement created around you.
• The dress is fully lined in a matching silk. It closes with a row of his signature silk covered buttons and loops down one side. I see a tiny bit of spotting on one ruffle. There is so much fabric and movement. It is extremely minor. Please see the photo after the label shot.
• It is all cut on the bias so should fit a range of sizes with an easy fit. I have put the comfortable range below.

• Excellent condition.

Bust: 15-18" flat across from side seam to side seam
Waist: 12-16" flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: 17-20" flat across from side seam to side seam
Total length: approx 65" from neck to hem and the length may come up once on because of the bias cut.
