This skirt and jacket ensemble was designed by Italian label Medici in the 1980s. The fabric is a weighty stretch-knit woven with wool in a soft duck-egg blue and ivory. It has a chunky, ribbed finish with semi-sheer, peekaboo stitching in ivory between the thick blue ribbing. The skirt is cut to a high-waist fit with a fit-and-flare silhouette that falls to the calf. The cardigan jacket has a V-neckline and a button-up front adorned with cream buttons. The front of the cardigan is trimmed with a zig-zagging stitch that follows the line of the buttons. The dramatic sleeves bring a hint of 1980s styling with their drop-shoulders and theatrical bell-cuffs.

This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws to the knit. It has no composition label. It is labelled a UK 10 or US 6 and the fabric has some stretch so please allow a degree of flexibility on the below measurements.
