Brilliant Byzantine black onyx and coral dimpled brass cross pendant on a beautiful necklace made of Venetian glass triangles, pink jasper, Ethiopian brass and bronze hamsas.  You’ll also find lost-wax cast brass beads from Ghana.  The onyx beads are layered chalcedony; a parallel banded silicate mineral which is close to 7 on the Moh’s hardness scale.  This fact means it is easy to carve and so was formed by the  Ancient Greek and Romans and their artifacts are testaments of this artistry.
