For Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jørn Utzon, his father’s naval engineering drawings prompted a lifelong fascination with ships. Such interest is illustrated in Utzon JU1, a pendant with a distinctive collared shape and sharp lines that echo the industrial silhouette of a ship. First released in 1947, the Utzon pendant is available in two variants - Brass and White - and are crafted from either lacquered brass or steel.
