Looks pretty. Feels glamorous! Vintage fascinator hat is composed of a thick green silk and green netting. The sharp little bow placed in the middle adds a lovely touch. Green netting is anchored at the back of the hat and gently drapes over the face. 2 small plastic combs are attached to help the hat stay on. The combs are removable. Please note: as with most delicate vintage netting, there are some tiny tears. Please check photos provided. There are 2 labels: John Andrew of California and Olga & Louise of Portland, Oregon. Fabric content is silk. Hat is in excellent condition.
