Instructions for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles

Heating activates the proprietary arch technology in the 'Gamechangers' Elite insoles, allowing them to expand and conform to your foot. Follow these steps for the best fit:

• Trim the Insoles: Start by trimming the width of your insoles to fit comfortably in your shoes
• Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 235°F (110°C)
• Heat the Insoles: Place the insoles in the oven for 8-10 minutes
• Watch for Inflation: Keep an eye on the insoles as they heat up; ensure the arch chamber inflates fully without folding the insole
• Fit and Cool: Once heated, quickly place the insoles in your shoes and walk around until they cool down and fully mold to your feet
