Black silk chiffon is gathered and hand draped over a crossed bodice that plunges in both the front and the back! A swath of silk sits at the waist to form a cummerbund, nip in the waist and really accentuate that bombshell shape. The skirt has built in layers of tulle and is fantastically full with lots of movement! It is styled with an additional light crinoline but does have fullness on its own so it really can be worn either way depending on how dressed you want to make it.
