Sleeves: approx 23" on the side that falls, 23.5" on the other
Lightly padded shoulders: approx 17" with the one meant to sit off the shoulder
Bust: to 17.5" flat across from side seam to side seam, with some extra fabric built in at the front so that it can hang off the shoulder
Waist: to 14.5" flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: to 20.5" flat across from side seam to side seam
Length: 30" from top of shoulder to hem

Skirt
Waist: 12.5" flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: to 18.25" flat across from side seam to side seam
Length: 43.5" from waist to hem
