Chichicastenago Woman's Huipil ---  Really beautiful fine huipil.  Striking geometric design and colors on this unusually fine brocaded woman's huipil. Back-strap loomed, traditional 3-panel construction with brown background (I am unsure if acrylic or cotton).   Fine sun design embroidered around head hole. Embroidered randa between panels. Both brocade and sun embroidery, have fine lustrina (silk like).

Condition: Good used condition with a few loose threads. Selvages on all panels with some looseness along bottom of  several of the selvages. Side seams are closed.  As with many Chichicastenago huipils, there is some uneveness to the length of the panels.  It could be hemmed to a even length, if desired.  Easily fits over my 22" circumference head.
