Neoprene-The poly fabric is constructed with a tight and closed knit design, providing valuable properties such as water absorbency, exceptional thermal insulation, and a highly flexible, spongy elastic nature.

Velvet Shimmer - This poly fabric boasts a brushed faux velvet texture that produces a shimmer brushed face effect. The hessian back adds extra durability.
