Total length of black, deep red or printed one is 100cm for S and 102cm for M. The waist ban circumference is 68cm for S and 72cm for M, the fabric is very stretch so can comfortably fit to a lot wider. I would advise S for hips till around 95cm around (measure at the widest point of your hips) then M for wider hips.

 The model wearing the black one and the cream one is 1m72 for 58kg and is wearing size S.
