Lakes Infinity whisky is a new entrant to the Editions series, a whisky matured in a combination of 4 types of sherry casks: oloroso, palo cortado, fino, and manzanilla. The different casks produce an incredibly harmonious blend.

Rich and decadent with a dark chocolate and ginger nose with layers of caramel, toasted spices and well integrated oak. There is also a wonderful cakey, nutty flavour underpinned by butterscotch and pepper. And like it's name the taste lingers for a wonderfully long time.

Cumbria hosts the Lakes Distillery, founded in 2011 by Paul Currie, co-founder of Isle of Arran Distillery. Situated within a renovated farmstead by River Derwent in a national park, they innovate due to limited space, using custom stills for whisky and a smaller one for Lakes Gin/Vodka. Whisky master Dhavall Ghandi joined in 2016, infusing tradition with fresh inspiration. The Lakes introduced The Whiskymaker’s Reserve in 2019, a series of single malts. Located near Penrith, it's a gem of heritage and innovation.
