Santa Catarina Palopo Woman's Huipil ---  Nice blue huipil with colorful geometric designs brocaded into the weaves of the three panels.  Base material is burgundy red.  The huipil has 3 panels and the base color is a darker red that contrasts well with blues and other colors of the brocade. Acrylic and cotton threads are used in the weave.

Condition:   In good used condition with even wear and fading and a few loose threads.   Sides seams closed (could be easily opened).  Half of the panels are selvage finished the others are fringed. As with many Santa Catarina Palopo huipils, there is uneveness to the length of the panels.  It could be hemmed to a even length, if desired.
