About the fit: size down. It is generous fitting. 

This is the jumpsuit you have all been waiting for. It is an absolute showstopper. It can be worn two ways: as a cowl neck or off the shoulder. Personally I do love the cowl neck but it really does depend on your preference. Wearing it both ways gives two completely different looks. It has a lovely stretch to the material. It has a beautiful ruched waistband and features two discrete side pockets. The model is 5ft 7 and wears the size 8 for reference. 

I know someone personally who is 5ft 1 and she got it taken up and it looks great. It shortens very easily if you bring it to a dressmaker. Just incase you are worried about the length-don't be.
