GIFT CARDS

• All Gift Cards are valid for two years, and are non-extensible. 
• Gift Cards can only be utilised online at www.dearcollective.com and at our retail store, and must be keyed upon checkout, before payment is made.
• Only one Gift Card/discount code can be utilised per online order.
• Gift Cards purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable.
• We will not be able to amend any details of the Gift Card after the order is placed.
• Gift Cards can be used across multiple orders, i.e. balance not utilized in one order can be kept and utilized in the next order.

BUYING A GIFT CARD FOR SOMEONE?

The gift card is digital, and not a physical card. An email will be sent to you with details for redemption within 24 hours of checkout of the gift card. You may send the email to the special someone, or print a copy of the gift card (click the link in the email to view the gift card > print option available within*) and give it to them physically.

UPDATE: You can now send the gift card directly to your recipient. Simply click "I want to send this as a gift" above and key in the recipient details (please ensure they are correct before check out as no changes can be made after checkout).

HOW ARE GIFT CARDS REDEEMED?

Step 1: Log in to your Dear Collective account.
Step 2: Add the products that you would like to purchase. 
Step 3: Proceed to shopping cart page and click "Check Out".
Step 4: At Check Out page, key in the Gift Card Code at the field "Discount" and click "Apply".
