This style is very similar to the Flower Shower dress so if you have that style you will find the measurements and fit similar. 

• The top is held up with elastic tape and I think you need to check this measurement together with the bust measurement to get the best fit.
• To measure the top elastic MEASUREMENT on your body I would put the tape measure DIRECTLY under your arms and measure across above your bust.
• The back of the top is elastic ruching so there is some stretch to the top.
• This skirt of this dress is full and has pockets. 
• The waist band has some stretch so please note that there is some stretch when you are comparing the measurements to your own 
• It comes with an elastic black fabric belt with a slide clasp.
• Fabric is 100% polyester.
