Fabric: Not listed - feels like cotton. No stretch and I did not find this to be sheer. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no major flaws observed, besides a very faint repair/mark - it's barely noticeable until very close inspection (refer to pic #3 left side). This item has been cleaned and is ready-to-wear.
