In order to prevent waste and because these items are made to order, there are no returns or exchanges unless you receive a truly defective item. 
Slight color or saturation differences are to be expected and not considered a defect.

Please allow at least 8 business days for production, and additional time for shipping. 
There may be delays in shipping due to Covid 19 as well as due to major cuts to the US Postal Service that are causing a slowdown, however, since Canada now has extremely low rates of covid their production times are no longer delayed.
US shipments are sent from their NY hub, so US customers should not have any customs fees.
