 6-8 thick juicy steaks

3-4 roasts

12-15 pounds lean ground beef in 1 lb. pkgs

1-3 pounds stewing beef in 1 lb. pkgs

1-2 pkgs. brazing ribs 

Amounts will vary slightly from one box to the next to make 30 lbs.
