Beautiful pink with black salem cotton saree by the weavers of Thoppur, Vanavasi and Tharamangalam villages of Salem District, Tamil Nadu. The plain pink saree body is woven in dark and light black with yellow stripes for saree borders. Contemporary temple patterns adorn the lower saree border and the striped black pallu of this saree. The pallu end of the saree are finished with self tied tassels.
