What a top! This gal is throwing us some hard 80's vibes, but it could predate that. There's no name brand to tell the tale, possibly handmade by someone who cares about the threads they throw around. This piece is made well; it's a fully lined medium-weight fabric with a floral paisley print outlined in silver thread. Puff shoulders with a longer sleeve? Yes please.

Material: Polyester 

Condition: This is a vintage item, so it has had other lovers. There are two pulls across the front, both about 5cm in length; they do get hidden in the print when wearing and are below the waistline. Otherwise, nothing unusual to note.
