Radium DSV - 12AN ORB to 12AN Male, Quick Fill (Internal)

The Radium Engineering DSV (Dump can Shutoff Valve) is an internally mounted quick fill valve designed for fuel tanks with 12AN ORB female threads, including the Radium 20-049X-XX FCST fuel cell surge tanks. The high-flowing 12AN male fitting permits dry break applications using dump cans for rapid, mess-free fuel filling.

Machined as a single piece from billet 6061 aluminium and Type-II anodised, the DSV includes 2 ball valves, an FKM Viton O-ring, and a stainless steel retaining ring. All materials are compatible with all fuel types including methanol and E85. The valve can be easily disassembled for quick cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.

Note: This internally mounted DSV is designed for use with pressureless “vented” dry break receivers. It automatically shuts off airflow when the tank is full, eliminating the need to monitor the filling process.
