A conventional handloom cotton saree, the Sambalpuri cotton saree is a traditional handwoven ikat saree from the state of Odisha. Sambalpuri sarees are known for their incorporation of ikat motifs on the saree. Tie and dye technique used to design the motifs on the saree.This saree comes in marooncolour. Ikat motifs woven on the body with traditional rudraksha motifs woven on the border by dobby shedding device. Pallu has been woven with beautiful ikat motifs and multiple horizontal stripes. Saree comes attached with a marooncolour blouse piece.
