The process is very slow and tedious, but the results are beautiful fabrics with gorgeous, unique prints that are highly sought after.  The hand block printing technique results in a beautiful, intricately detailed print that will be unique. Ajrak or Ajrakh is a block-printed textile that is resist-dyed using natural dyes, including indigo and madder.
