Fabulous 1940s blue wool suit. Comes with matching belt. Great tailoring details. Belt can be worn 2 ways… with skirt or outside of the jacket.

Considering this is from the 1940s, this suit is in very good vintage condition, but some minor flaws to note. There are some untreated spot stains - it’s hard to notice (please see photos) and a small pin size hole on the bottom of the skirt (please see photo). And small loosen thread on left shoulder of the jacket (please see photo). The buckle on the belt is loose and needs to be sown back (it is currently holding the buckle and belt together with a safety pin). The jacket is lined but the skirt is not (please see photos). Jacket has shoulder pads. The skirt has a back zipper.

It appear to be a modern size small-medium, but please see photos of the approx measurements (taken laying flat). Due to the limited amount of uploads, I was not able to include the bust and hip measurements, but here they are:

Bust 18.5”
Hips 18.5” (this is taken without stretching as the skirt has some pleated details that could stretch out more if needed.)
