Silk voile is one of my favorite fabrics - it hold color exceptionally well and it is very light but still has a touch of structure to it so when it is used in layers like this you get a wonderful sense of volume without bulk or heaviness. The color palette on this is just exceptional. It is a confection of ruffles really! A ruffle circles the neck and each wide sleeve ends in one! The skirt is a marvel - literally yards of silk in a huge circle with a wide ruffled edge. It is cut slightly longer in the back and the effect is just wonderful - it begs to be danced in! It is an early label piece and very beautiful! Excellent condition

Fully lined with a nude silk except for the sleeves. Closes with a back painted metal zipper. There is a small, well done repair under one arm and a touch of thinning to the fabric near the shoulder. It has been priced accordingly taking these two tiny issues into account
