Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.

Speciality - A classic handwoven Paithani; a technique that uses a zari warp to form a rich golden ground, adorned by beautiful Meenakari work, the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured threads during the hand-weaving process. This saree has an intricate Paithani style border and aanchal with floral motifs making it a true artisians master piece.

The saree comes with its own running blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purpose only.
