Healani Tahitian Pearl Necklace
About the Design:
Design: The 'Healani' Necklace tells a story of history, Hawaiian royalty, and the heavens. "Healani," meaning "Heavenly Mist," was a regal ship owned by Hawai'i's King King Kalākaua which won the Hawaiian cup in 1889. With the Marquise cut pendant famously and historically representing royalty, boldness, and love, its boat-like cut gives it the nickname "Navette" connecting this beautiful pendant to the sea. Our Tahitian Pearl addition, sourced from the waters of Tahiti, honors the culture of the pacific and beauty of our Polynesian Islands.
Authentic Tahitian Pearls: Our Tahitian pearls, exclusively cultivated from the waters of Tahiti, are valued not only for their rich, dark overtones but also for their deep cultural significance in Polynesian culture. A symbol of culture, heritage, love, strength and our connection to the ocean, Tahitian pearls are considered a gift from the sea by the islands and people of Polynesia. These pearls are amongst the largest natural pearls and are famous for their unique coloring. Tahitian Pearls are born from the Pinctada margaritifera, an exotic oyster that is known to only produce 1-2 pearls per cycle, making the Tahitians amongst the rarest and valuable pearls in the world.
Materials: This necklace features a delicate adjustable 14k gold-filled chian that makes our jewelry durable, tarnish-free and hypo-allergenic for sensitive skin.
Versatile & Adjustable: Chain length can be customized for a perfect fit on any neckline, making it ideal for layering or wearing alone.
